Chris Fedina has made a career out of recruiting talent to the Pioneer Valley. He started with the local office of the executive search firm J. Morrissey & Co., before moving on to serve MassMutual as director of recruitment and staffing, a position he now holds with another of the region's largest employers: Baystate Health. In that capacity, he's responsible for essentially handling all recruiting other than that of physicians, and that means dozens of positions each month.
